Sponsorship Terms of Service

Welcome to the Photizo AI Sponsorship Program. These Sponsorship Terms of Service ("Sponsorship Terms") govern your contributions, allocations, and relationship with Photizo.ai as a Kingdom partner and sponsor.

By initiating a capital deployment or completing a sponsorship payment on this platform, you agree to these Sponsorship Terms.

1. Purpose & Project Alignment

Photizo.ai is a specialized research and technology platform dedicated to providing theologically secure, biblically-anchored AI infrastructure for churches, creators, and frontline global ministries. All funds provided through this sponsorship program are strategic contributions specifically intended to underwrite the development, hosting, and scaling of this Kingdom-aligned infrastructure.

2. Allocation & Credits

Upon receipt of cleared payment, sponsorships are converted into workspace entitlements, edge nodes, or compute credits allocated directly to the benefit of your nominated frontline ministries or to general high-need field subsidies. Sponsorships represent voluntary support of our mission and infrastructure and do not constitute an equity investment, joint venture, or partnership.

3. Legal Compliance & Indemnification

As a sponsor, you represent and warrant that:

• All funds deployed originate from legitimate, lawful sources and are not connected to any illegal activities.
• Your sponsorship is made in good faith to support the propagation of Gospel alignment, global translations, and secure digital ministry workflows.
• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Photizo.ai, its developers, operators, and affiliates from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising out of the origin or deployment of your sponsored funds.

4. No Commercial Claims

Sponsor contributions are designated to subsidize operations and are non-refundable. They do not grant any control over the platform's codebase, data policy, or technological roadmaps. All product decisions and platform configurations remain under the governance of the Photizo.ai technical and pastoral operator team to preserve doctrinal safety and system integrity.

5. Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that we receive all funds on the sole basis that they support our technology-driven Gospel outreach efforts. This agreement represents the full understanding of the sponsorship relationship and may be amended as necessary to maintain legal compliance.
